How’s your experience been on this new platform?

It’s been three months since I switched over to sending out my daily devotionals on this Substack platform. How do you like it?

I know that the email software I was using before was getting old and having trouble reaching some of you. Now, receiving these emails has been more reliable. It’s easier to sign up to receive these devotionals with this platform; and easy to unsubscribe if you don’t want them.

Moreover, I like the ability to record the daily devotionals as well. Some folks like reading and mulling over things. Some are visual learners. Some retain better through listening. Some like the combination of any or all three. I’ve also provided links to the online ESV Bible; which allows you to not only read the text, but to listen as well.

So far, the most popular devotional or commentary these last three months is “Happy Compliance Adorns Obedience with Grace,” from Ruth 3:5.

One of my favorite devotionals to write was “Salary and Something to Wear,” from Judges 17:10.
