Might Lord bless you and yours and save your mother's soul.

I would like to tell you about my dear good humored aunt who could make accurate great fun of me —lifelong she rejected the offer of salvation. I am sorry to say I heard that when she was a child, and was about to go forward to except the Lord as her savior, she was stayed by her mother who said, "Don't be a fool.” May God has mercy on my grandmother.

Soon after my aunt’s death I learned that a stranger, a pastor, visited her as she was dying with cancer and gave witness to the Lord's salvation. I believe no one else was in the room at the time. Again, dying, she rejected.

Lingering, saddened, perhaps dejected, the pastor, leaving the room, hand on the door, heard her speak, turned back; he heard her acceptance of the Lord's sacrifice for her sins.

May he have such mercy on your mother.

I’m praying for you brother in these matters that you have requested prayer for. I also want to thank you for these daily devotionals. They’re an encouragement to me and I pray that the Lord will strengthen and encourage you in your great time of need. Hebrews 4:16 Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.

Praying for all of you. This is a hard time for all of you which triggers all negative thoughts. Turn this over to God and toJesus, his son. Through Christ all things are possible John and you know that. Trust in the Lord, that it’s his plan to save your mother. That’s why you and Lisa are there. And once you turn it over to him, you let him keep it trust in the Lord that his will will be done.

Keep yourselves strong in your convictions and through Christ her heart will recognize Jesus as her savior. Trust our savior.see the blessings of your days with her. Self doubt is not of god. You know that and Lisa does too. You were both chosen to be with her for gods purpose. With God’s help, stay in the moment every day, both of you , letting him guide you and being your Christian selves. Continue to love our Lord and his son Jesus and let the Lord do the rest. Love you both.
